General Presentation Questions
If you have written in for a link and not received a reply, please know that we have probably responded.

 

Some email providers are trapping our links so they are not getting through.
 
Please send us an email letting us know that you didn't receive your link and give us your phone number and someone will call you back within 72 hours, probably sooner.

 

 

Q. I just found out about the summit, can I have access to the days?

 

A. We're so sorry that you missed the event. Unfortunately, we only host the Tapping World Summit once a year, and that time has passed. Nick is starting to appear on more and more teleseminars, so you will definitely hear more from him.
 
The cool thing about this summit is that we do have a risk-free guarantee. If you would like to see what the summit was all about and you are really interested in this amazing energy healing technique, you can purchase the summit. If you decide, for any reason, that the summit is not for you, we will refund your money, for 6 months, no questions asked.

Q. What is the last day I can purchase?

 

A. Unfortunately, every good thing must end. We will be ending sales for this event on March 11.

 

 

Q. I missed a day, Can you do a replay?

 

A. Day 1 is currently being replayed due to the technical issues that we had the first night. It will only be available until 8pm Eastern on March 4. Our Upgrade Options allow you to keep all of the presentations forever, plus give you access to the workbooks, transcripts and some cool bonuses.

 

 

Q. I tried to get the new day after 8 pm Eastern and I keep getting the old day. What's wrong?

 

A. Sometimes our computers take a picture of a page we have already visited so it loads up faster when we come back. It is called caching. It sounds like that is what your computer did. :) You can refresh the page and it should come up correctly for you now.

Q. Where can I find the workbook they keep mentioning?

 

A. That is one of the neat features in our Upgrade option.

 

 

Q. Are these available in any other language?

 

A. Unfortunately, at this time it is only available in English.

 

 

Q. Do you have options for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing?

 

A. Please contact Customer Relations and they will let you know how they can help you. Please make your subject line DEAF or HARD OF HEARING so they can better help you.

 

 

Technical Issues
Q. Your Flash players aren't working on my computer. I can't download flash.

 

A. Unfortunately, our players are only available by flash this year. We have changed our players so that they are working now for people who were having issues before. There are two backup players set up so that if you can't get the audio on the main page, you have two other options. The link to the players is below the flash message and says "Having Trouble? Click here to listen with a different player."

 

 

Q. I have an iPad or an iPhone or an iPod touch, why can't I get your presentations?

 

A. We have tried to find a solution, but unfortunately, the free option utilizes flash and they are not compatible with Apple devices. The upgrades do not have this issue because of how they are presented on the upgrade pages.

 

 

Q. The presentation stops in the middle, what happened?

 

A. Please keep in mind that there are 10s of thousands of people participating. Sometimes the load can cause the connection to stop momentarily causing your audio to end before it is through. You can pause and come back or listen to it at another time and it should work for you.

 

 

Q. How can I rewind or fast forward the player?

 

A. There is a slider on each of the players that you can move with your mouse to go forward or backward. Remember that the audio must load onto your computer, so if you can't get past a point, it is because the audio hasn't fully loaded.

 

 

Q. I can't hear the presentation.

 

A. This could be one of two things. Either you need to pause the player so that the audio can load, or there is a volume issue. There are several different places on your computer that can change the volume. If you have tried the volume button on the player, you might want to check and make sure that your volume is on on your computer. We know it sounds silly, but that is often what it is.

 

 

Upgrades
Q. I already upgraded? How do I access?

 

A. We send an email out immediately after your order is placed with the digital access. If you have not received that email, please check in your SPAM folder, or make sure that you are checking the email that you used to make the purchase. We can get you access to the page, but it helps if you send us your receipt or order number. If you don't have either of those, please make sure that you use the same email address you used to purchase. That is how we will look it up.

 

 

Q. Is there a time limit? How long can I access my links?

 

A. You may download your programs at your own leisure. There is no time limit. The pages will be available for as long as we own the site -- We intend for that to be a long time. :)

 

 

Q. Why should I upgrade?

 

A. We have a page that details the extensive benefits of upgrading, however, in short, you will get to keep the presentations forever. You will also have access to the workbooks and transcripts as well as several neat bonuses.

Q. What's the difference between Gold and Platinum?

 

A. The gold package offers all of the presentations as well as the workbooks, transcripts and 5 bonuses. The Platinum Package offers everything in the Gold Package PLUS the physical CDS and workbooks delivered to your door as well as 6 additional bonuses.

 

 

Q. I bought Gold but I really want to get the Platinum package.

 

A. You can do that. Please send an email to Customer Relations with the subject GOLD TO PLATINUM UPGRADE. They will make sure that you get what you need to make that upgrade. We will be reserving a limited quantity of Platinum packages for Gold purchasers for 60 days.

 

 

Q. How much will it cost to upgrade from Gold to Platinum?

 

A. The upgrade is $100 plus shipping. It is the same as if you had purchased the Platinum to begin with.

 

 

Q. I can't afford the Platinum but I really want to get it.

 

A. We don't have payment options available, but you can upgrade to Gold and then finish the upgrade to Platinum at a later date. Remember that we are ordering some extra for Gold purchasers and they will be available for 60 days after the summit or until supplies run out.
